Trust should be inspectable

Claims, process and client evidence—kept separate.

This page explains what Dr. Jack states about his experience, what support can be reviewed, how quality is checked, and what evidence is allowed to appear publicly. It intentionally contains no invented testimonials, rating widget, degree claim, university affiliation, or success statistic.

Professional experience timeline

A short record without invented credentials.

The website publishes only the experience details Dr. Jack has supplied. Institutions, degrees, employers, awards, and exact dates are not implied.

  1. Across 35 years

    One-to-one teaching and academic writing

Dr. Jack reports 35 years of experience helping learners work through research and writing decisions directly.

  2. Current practice

    Independent remote academic guidance

Support is offered to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students working under U.S. academic expectations.

  3. Present ethical scope

Coaching, tutoring and transparent editorial help

Accepted work is limited to coaching, editing, proofreading, formatting, citation assistance, presentation support, and clearly labeled model examples—not assignments for dishonest submission.

Subjects and methods

Broad screening, case-by-case acceptance.

These are areas in which requests may be reviewed for fit. They are not a claim of universal subject-matter expertise. Dr. Jack confirms scope only after reading the instructions, rubric, sources, academic level, and permitted form of assistance.

Humanities and social sciences

Argument, evidence, literature synthesis, academic tone, and source use.

Business, management and education

Research plans, reports, proposals, case-based writing, and presentation support.

Psychology and behavioral research

Literature reviews, research questions, methods writing, citations, and clear reporting.

Health and nursing scholarship

Academic writing, evidence organization, editing, and citation support—not clinical advice.

General and technical subjects

Clarity, structure, proofreading, formatting, and source traceability where the supplied material supports an ethical scope.

Research-method support that may be considered

  • Qualitative study planning and methods writing
  • Quantitative study structure and reporting clarity
  • Mixed-methods alignment
  • Surveys and interview planning
  • Case-study structure
  • Literature, systematic and scoping review organization
  • Secondary-data research planning
  • Research-question, hypothesis and proposal alignment

Statistical, clinical, legal, regulated, or highly specialized work may be limited to writing and presentation support or declined when the required expertise cannot be verified.

Human-led quality control

What happens before delivery.

The exact checks depend on the approved service. No detector score, grade, publication decision, or third-party outcome is guaranteed.

  1. 01

    Instruction and boundary review

The instructions, rubric, deadline, citation style, existing draft, and institutional limits are checked before a scope is accepted.

  2. 02

    Source and claim traceability

Where the service includes sources, citations are checked for a recoverable source trail and claims are not supported with fabricated references, quotations, evidence, or data.

  3. 03

    Transparent human work

Generative AI is not used to write client academic materials. Editing aims to preserve the student's meaning and voice; model examples are labeled for learning rather than submission.

  4. 04

    Structure, language and format check

The agreed deliverable is reviewed for organization, clarity, consistency, citation matching, and required presentation details.

  5. 05

    Private delivery and revision record

Files and messages stay in the private portal. Unlimited revisions are available for 5–7 days when they concern the original instructions and agreed scope.

Permission-controlled evidence

Redacted editing examples.

Nothing appears here unless the source client permitted the use, identifying details were removed, and Dr. Jack approved the exact before-and-after excerpt.

Checking for permission-approved examples…

Authenticated and optional

Client feedback with consent.

Only feedback submitted from a signed-in client account, linked to that client's private request, and explicitly approved for public display can appear below. Dr. Jack cannot rewrite a client's words.

Private sample request

Ask for a relevant, authorized example.

Describe the kind of support you are considering. Dr. Jack will check whether a suitable sample can be shared without breaching a client's confidentiality. A request does not guarantee that a matching sample exists.

  • No client work is released automatically.
  • Do not include participant data or student-portal passwords.
  • The sample remains an educational reference, not work for submission.

Clear resolution procedure

Revision first, then a documented refund path.

A paid project can be reviewed in the private Resolution Center, which keeps messages, offers, deadlines, PayPal updates, and outcomes in one chronological record.

  1. 1. Open a private case

Describe the concern against the original instructions and attach relevant evidence. A new case has a two-hour acknowledgement target.

  2. 2. Revision plan

Ordinary concerns begin with a written revision plan and a case-specific delivery time. The student receives five days to review a delivered revision.

  3. 3. Partial refund

If the revision does not resolve the affected scope, Dr. Jack can issue a documented partial-refund offer for the affected amount.

  4. 4. Full refund where appropriate

If a partial offer is declined or the case remains unresolved, a full refund may follow. Verified AI-use, plagiarism, or missed-deadline guarantee cases can proceed directly to full refund review.

  5. 5. PayPal processing

Once an internal refund is accepted or approved, the website submits it through the original PayPal payment immediately and records the provider result. PayPal and the funding provider control when funds appear; no exact bank-posting date is promised.
