You may request unlimited revisions for 5–7 days after delivery when the revisions concern the original instructions and agreed deliverable. New topics, added pages, changed rubrics, or a different service require a new scope and quote.
100% refund guarantee
A 100% refund is available if generative AI is used to draft your client academic materials, plagiarism is delivered, or Dr. Jack misses the agreed deadline. Send the request through the client portal or to drjack9650@gmail.com.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction. PayPal processing times are outside Dr. Jack's control.
No outcome guarantees
A revision or refund does not imply a guaranteed grade, publication decision, supervisor response, or AI-detector result. Those outcomes depend on third parties and the student's own work.
