Revision & Refund Policy
Unlimited in-scope revisions for 5–7 days and the Dr. Jack 100% refund guarantee.

You may request unlimited revisions for 5–7 days after delivery when the revisions concern the original instructions and agreed deliverable. New topics, added pages, changed rubrics, or a different service require a new scope and quote.
Response and review times
A new private resolution case has a two-hour acknowledgement target. Dr. Jack then records a case-specific revision plan and expected completion time. After a revision is delivered, the student has five days to confirm whether it resolved the concern.
Resolution ladder
For an ordinary service concern, open a private resolution case from the paid project. Dr. Jack first records a revision plan and delivery time. If the revision remains unresolved, a partial refund may be offered according to the affected portion of the paid scope. If that offer is declined or the case still cannot be resolved, a full refund may be approved.
100% refund guarantee
A 100% refund is available if generative AI is used to draft your client academic materials, plagiarism is delivered, or Dr. Jack misses the agreed deadline. How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction and can never exceed the amount actually paid after earlier refunds or reversals. Once an internal refund is accepted or approved, the website submits it to PayPal immediately and records the provider result. When a PayPal dispute is already open, the offer or claim is handled through that PayPal case to prevent duplicate recovery. PayPal, the card network, and the funding provider control when funds appear, so no exact bank-posting date is promised.
Fair records
The accepted quote, original instructions, relevant file and delivery timestamps, case messages, offers, PayPal events, and refund confirmations are retained in a private chronological record. Administrator-only review notes are kept separate from student-visible case messages.
PayPal and card rights
Using the internal Resolution Center does not waive any rights available through PayPal or a card issuer. A PayPal information request or deadline must still be answered through PayPal.
No outcome guarantees
A revision or refund does not imply a guaranteed grade, publication decision, supervisor response, or AI-detector result. Those outcomes depend on third parties and the student's own work.
