Terms of Service
The rules governing ethical academic support, orders, payments, and client responsibility.
Effective August 24, 2026Nature of the service
Dr. Jack provides research coaching, tutoring, editing, proofreading, formatting, citation assistance, presentation support, and clearly labeled educational model examples. The service does not sell authorship or provide work for dishonest submission.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for following your institution's rules, providing accurate instructions, reviewing all feedback, and making the final decisions about work you submit. Model examples must not be submitted as your own work.
Prohibited requests
No exams, impersonation, institutional-account access, fabricated research, fake citations, hidden authorship, or other assistance that violates institutional rules. A prohibited request may be declined or converted into a compliant tutoring or editing scope.
Scope and deadlines
The approved quote defines the deliverable, page count, deadline, revision scope, and price. Changes require a new written scope. Dr. Jack does not guarantee grades, publication, institutional approval, or detector results.
Payments
A 25% deposit is due after scope approval. The remaining 75% is due before the final deliverable can be downloaded. Payments are processed through PayPal in U.S. dollars.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain rights in materials you provide. Educational models are licensed for personal learning and adaptation, not direct submission. Client materials are treated confidentially and are not publicly displayed without explicit permission.
