Do you use generative AI to write client academic materials?+
No. Client academic materials are prepared and reviewed through a human-led process. Generative AI is not used to write papers, invent evidence, or create citations.
Can you guarantee an AI-detector result?+
No. AI detectors can produce unreliable results, so no honest service should promise a particular detector score. The guarantee concerns Dr. Jack’s process—not a third-party detector.
What does the refund guarantee cover?+
A 100% refund is available if generative AI is used to draft your academic materials, plagiarism is delivered, or Dr. Jack misses the agreed deadline. The request must concern the original instructions.
How quickly will you reply?+
Requests can be sent 24/7. Dr. Jack usually replies within 30 minutes, including outside ordinary business hours.
Are my files confidential?+
Yes. Files are used only to provide the requested service, are not published or used to train AI systems, and can be deleted whenever you request deletion.
How do payments work?+
After the scope is approved, you pay a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due before the final deliverable becomes available for download.
Can I see a work sample?+
Yes. Authorized samples may be shared privately after a confidential request; they are not published publicly.
